Who may avail of the Service?
All bonafide resident within the service area of Bocaue Water District.

Monday-Friday
8:00 am-5:00 pm
No Noon Break
What are the requirements?
• Barangay Certificate of Residency
• Any one (1) photocopy of the following
(ORIGINAL TO BE PRESENTED FOR VERIFICATION)
– Land Title
– Any Government Issued ID (Passport, SSS, GSIS, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, PRC ID, Senior Citizen’s ID)
• Billing Statement (MERALCO, PLDT, Globe, Smart, Sun) for further verification if necessary.
• Additional Requirements for Commercial/Industrial Class:
– Business/Mayor’s/DTI Permit
– Lease or Rental Contract
– Land Title (TCT) of Owner of Building
– SPA/Legal Authorization for representatives
*All ID’s should bear signature, picture and exact address.
